Waverly Place....the sound of the waves reaching the shore; the view of the water from the porch, back garden, beach and balcony; and the touch of sunshine on your face. Magical!

The best part is that there’s an abundance of places to enjoy your coffee or a glass of vino in this tastefully restored century charmer; there’s a large dining table; the cozy sectional couch, the upstairs balcony overlooking Lake Erie; and the screened-in back porch.  

This property has all the grace of yesteryear with the sophistication of today.  Waverly Place sleeps 8 within three (3) bedrooms.  It has two full washrooms and parking for four cars. 

It’s a sandy beach that slopes into the water.  There’s also a fire pit, gas fireplace, split duct air conditioning, laundry, and two fridges.  Well, three fridges really if you count the mini-fridge in one of the bedrooms. 

You’ll enjoy the evenings fully as the back porch with lounge seating and a dining table, is screened in to keep the bugs at bay.

Work from "home" is easily accomplished here with high speed unlimited internet.  No zoom fake background needed, just position your computer so everyone can see the amazing water view.

The location also provides easy access to the Friendship Trail as the Trail borders the property to one side.

This classy, comfortable cottage is a pleasant place to relax, rest and rejuvenate.
